DELIVERY AND RETURNS

You should receive your order within 5-7 working days.

Please note that we print labels as they have been written or typed, please check your order carefully prior to submitting.

We check all our orders prior to despatch, however very occasionally there may be errors. If your labels are deemed to be at fault and the mistake is ours then we will offer a full refund (excluding post & packing). Please contact Whose Bin Is It within 14 days of receiving your labels.

Please return your labels in the original packaging (we also recommend that you obtain proof of postage) and send to:
